【處方】惡實根（洗去土，控干）1斤，生蒴藋根（洗去土，控干）1斤。

【製法】上銼細。

【功能主治】刺風，游風。

【用法用量】以酒1鬥，浸7日後，每溫服1盞，1日3-4次。
